The return policy is subject to change.

Majlis Ansarullah UK (MA UK) Bookstore upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure books are shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund or replacement

Please Note: The item MUST be received at MA UK Bookstore WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of the receipt of the order from AMI Bookstore. Any items received after 30 days from the original delivery date will not be accepted or refunded. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. AMI Bookstore will refund the full cost of the returned item.

Items and Orders that can not be returned or refunded:

• Orders placed using cash, checks or the Jamaat Budget tool can not be returned or refunded.
• Magazines ordered using a subscription can not be returned or refunded. Although the subscription can be cancelled for future magazines.

To return or replace an item, please follow these instructions:

• Email taleem@ahmadiyyauk.org with your order number and name the order was placed with, to request a refund or replacement.
• After approval for the return from our team, the returnable items can be shipped back.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. The customer may pick a shipping service of their choice.

• If a customers requests a replacement, the replacing items will be sent back at no cost to the customer.

How long does it take to receive a credit for a returned item?

After we receive the returned item, it takes about one week to complete the return process. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
